Factors that contribute to the holistic approach to achieving well-being include:\
Mental factors- mental health, confidence, and self-esteem
Social Factors - environment, influences such as social media, friends, family, who you surround yourself with. 
We should also take into account physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Geography:

Environmental well-being is how you think you are safe, comfortable, and connected to your surroundings. It can become better if you connect with your planet and community, living peacefully. Well-being in this place starts with how you think of your Immediate surroundings. Yes, they are different.

Signs of environmental wellness and how to enhance it:

  • Being aware of the limits of the earth's natural resources.
  • Conserving energy (i.e. shutting off unused lights)
  • Recycling paper, cans, and glass as much as possible.
  • Enjoying and appreciating time outside in natural settings.
  • Not polluting the air, water, or earth.
